Council of Light: "Rise up! We will rise up. There is so much meaning and frequency for you in those words. Rise up, keep moving, keep ascending, keep going, ever forward. And we will rise up. It is a phrase that ignites action and movement. You use it when you teach yoga, 'rise up to stand'. You [humans] use it at the start of religious services, of weddings, the pledge of allegiance. You rise. It is action. It is action forward. Remind the people that 'rising up' is a good action in almost every circumstance:
When you are down, Rise up!
When you are angry, Rise up!
When you are helpless, Rise up!
When you feel defeated or sad, Rise up!
Always, continue to Rise up! It is your answer. It is your strength. It is your purpose to Rise Up!"
