Moment of Truth

I had connected to the Council of Light. My head was turning side to side, spiraling, zig-zagging and then my bedroom door opened. I was startled. I felt my heart rate jump. "Why did it open? Who/what's there? Is it them? I'm not sure I'm ready to physically see them [galactic beings]." I didn't see any movement. I was pretty sure my son was staying at a friend's house. Why was I afraid...I had caught myself...I calmed my breath again...

Council of Light: "Why do you feel afraid?"

I forgot, they know all of my thoughts as though I am saying it out loud.

Me: "We tend to look away when we don't want to see something."

Council of Light: "It's uncomfortable, but the longer you look, the more comfortable it is because you really begin to see. You see the why, the how, you just be. The weight of it is lifted. Actually, it is held. Held for you, dear beings. Held, supported, but you must open your eyes at times and focus long enough to know what you are looking at.

Hold.

Stay with it.

See.

You are good at examining, but also good at turning before you experience the moment of truth. The truth can be different, but when you learn, you are again free."
I was noting how my connection was a bit different this time. My head started to move as I elongated my breathing. They told me, "Write down about the head. You were saying 'I invite you into my body', you do not need to extend a verbal invitation. Let the invitation come from the change of the breath- full and slow- it ignites the movement [of my head, which confirms the connection]. That is the invitation. It is not so much verbal as it is physical, from the breath. Breathe deeply and we are with you."
