Cooperation

Honey drizzle pizza.

A local restaurant/bar posted the following on Facebook last week:

"Thank you to everyone who has supported us during this time with takeout! I encourage your continued support of any local business that you can during this time. If you’re heading out for takeout, I humbly suggest maybe hitting a couple close by, if you can. If you don’t see everything you want from my menu, order something additional from [competitor restaurant/bar across the street] and/or [coffee shop around the block]. If you order a pizza from [competitor pizza place], stop by [competitor brewery] for a crowler. Get a pizza from [another pizza competitor] and margs from [Mexican restaurant]. You get the point. There’s so many great restaurants in town and we’re all struggling just to remain open. Think about the places you used to go to in person and find out if they do takeout. Get creative and combo items from different places. We’re all working hard to make it easy for you to grab and go. At the end of the day, every restaurant, bar, coffee shop, or brewery in this town is staffed and owned by people that are your neighbors in our amazing community."

I don't eat out much in our town, but I was inspired by this post to order take-out the following night. There was something about his spirit of being in cooperation rather than competition that seeped through to my taste buds.

The Council of Light: "You liked that post so much because you are coming into the vibration of cooperation, in pulling together resources and talents to fill the gaps, to compliment, to fill in the circle. Yes, you have many talents and the drive to learn more and more to share with others, but you've also learned through experience that when you try to be everything to everyone, it depletes you.
There is endless energy. We repeat, there is endless energy. It all goes around, so fill the circle with others. There are other perspectives, valuable perspectives, that have coming in communion with you. You needed to come into this life with many talents in order to gain the confidence to step forward as a teacher. There is much you will still learn as you are a dedicated student and we will pair your with people who will not deplete, who will not be in competition, who will not be led from the ego. You have a hound dog sense for this on your own, so start to trust those who will align with your offerings. Don't do it all. You don't want to do it all. You are making the shift, hold the vibration of cooperation and support of others, and you will be supported."
