Mt. Shasta - Lemurian Quartz

The first time I shared with my aunt that I met with an angel intuitive, she exclaimed, "Now I finally have someone I can talk to about all of this!" Since that day, we have shared stories and experiences, trainings and spirit circles, crystals and YouTube videos. I am lucky that she lives in the town that I moved to 13 years ago. People love my aunt. She is a very special person- always taking care of others. When people find out we are related, they gush about her. I always say, "I know. She is a saint."

She sent me a link to a video last week and wanted my feedback on what it had to say about crystals. I opened the link at work and decided I'd have to go back to it when I got home to follow the guided meditation at the end. The video was about Atlantis. I had just received a new Lemurian Quartz in the mail the day prior. The little knowledge I had of the Lemurian quartz had to do with Atlantis and being a record keeper of that ancient time and civilization. The Lemurian quartz has a time link, of which I am particularly fond of in crystals. I'd do the meditation later with the Lemurian Quartz. See what Atlantis had in store for me.

During the meditation, my thumb pressed to the time link and running down the length of the ribbed crystal, an image flashed in my mind of getting a soda from the basement refrigerator at the home of my parents' best friends when I was a child. They stocked the generic brand of sodas for us 6 kids, not Pepsi or Coke, and I always kinda turned my nose at it because it just wasn't the same as the name brands. Shasta. That's what it was called. I paused...Shasta. Like Mt. Shasta?

Prior to intuitive training, I would have wondered why that memory of all memories popped in and out of my mind. I used to back track my thoughts. As an example, if I ended up with Mt. Shasta, I'd rewind the thought process. Mt. Shasta > Shasta > generic soda > opening the fridge in basement at Jack and Sue's house. Oh yeah, that's how I got there. Now that I have learned to trust the messages that come through, I clearly received "Mt. Shasta" as a message and wrote it in my journal.

What about Mt. Shasta? I was unsure. I don't have a personal connection to Mt. Shasta. I know it is a mountain in Northern California. Three days later, someone posted an Instagram Story captioned "Mt. Shasta vibes". Okay, I see you showing up again, Mt. Shasta. I reached out to the woman and asked, "What does this mean? Mt. Shasta vibes?" She said she saw auric doorways on the mountain and it's known for sightings like that. I didn't know what she meant by auric doorways and decided I'd Google it later.

Later, I found this video about Mt. Shasta by Googling Mt. Shasta doors. The speaker states, "There are claims that a race of people called the Lemurians live deep inside Mt. Shasta in their city called Telos." What?! I didn't know any of this connection to Mt. Shasta. The fact I was holding the Lemurian quartz during the meditation that I received the message "Mt. Shasta"...Mind. Blown.

So what does it mean? That's why I journal- to come back to it later. I called my aunt and told her about the mediation. She said she was aware of the energy around Mt. Shasta and has always wanted to go there...but not alone. I told her we can go together and she joked, "I'm afraid if we went together, you might not make it back home with me."
