A Thousand Citrine Rainbows

While cleaning and sorting through my tumbled stones from the Denver Gem Show, I was tickled when I got to the citrine and saw all of the flashes of tiny rainbows. 

I attend a weekly spirit circle to continue to develop my mediumship abilities. Although I mediate at home and connect with spirit, sometimes it helps to have confirmation from others that the signs/symbols/sensations I am receiving are "right" or "real" and validated. There are times I ask a spirit to show up at the circle to confirm for me that I was connecting with that individual spirit on my own. Practicing at the circle seems to build my confidence of receiving, and then I am able to receive more.

As I was delivering a message to another woman last night at the circle, she was so appreciative to be able to receive a message. I think she gives a lot to others, but said she has not had many loved ones come though for her. This was her grandfather coming through and she acknowledged him and thanked him for coming through. She turned to me and thanked me. He was communicating back to me to continue, "He is so appreciative that you are acknowledging him coming through." As soon as I finished saying that, I felt appreciation being rained down on me, from spirit.

We were about to move on to the next spirit when I said, "Wait. I need to go back to her grandfather. He is showing me such appreciation and he wants me to share with the group that when we bring spirit through for others, spirit is raining down blessings upon us. When we give, we receive...even if we can't feel it...but he is letting me feel it."

I pick up on a lot of physical sensations when I am connected (clairsentience = clear feeling). Depending on the spirit/message, I'll feel a twitch in my body, a physical pain/sensation, a rocking back and forth, circling, etc. Sometimes it feels like I am being pushed out of my chair. I have learned when my head is pulled back, I am being directed to go back to a prior thought that I just passed up- like a rewind button.

I am starting to figure out that sometimes I am being pulled in certain directions to give me more of a clue to do with the spirit coming through. Last week, I was being pulled to the left and and then back and back. I figured out that means maternal (left side is feminine) grandmother (2 generation behind). When I confirm the clue or make the connection to the clue, the physical sensation stops. It's similar with claircognizance (clear knowing) for me: something will repeat in my head until I say it or make the connection and that's how I know it is claircognizance and not my own thoughts.

I tried my best to relay the sensations of appreciation- of what I was physically feeling in my body and around me- but my speech did little justice to the sensations. It was euphoria. It was warm golden light with a thousand tiny citrine rainbows dancing around me. It was fun and so peaceful at the same time. The physical sensations faded, but the smile remained and I certainly won't forget that experience from spirit.
